Who is this coaching for?

Who isn’t this a fit for?
If you believe the problem is mostly external — your boss, your company, your timing — this will be frustrating for you. Not because those things don't matter. They sometimes do. But my work starts with what you can control and move right now. I'm also not a good fit if you're looking for ongoing emotional processing without a concrete strategy attached to it. My clients want clarity and a plan. If you're still at the "I just need to vent" stage, that's okay, but come back when you're ready for what comes after that.
How is this different from other types of coaching?
I'm a former tech VP, not a career theorist. My coaching is both tactical and strategic: we go straight at what's actually holding you back, including the real fears and assumptions underneath it, then build a concrete strategy against that specific problem. Less talking about feelings and conceptual theories, more changing outcomes.
